Tuna Cakes with Fresh Tomato Salsa I made these the other night and they are so very good! The only thing I did different with the tuna cake was add a bit more garlic. I make fresh salsa all the time. I changed her version only slightly. The cakes and salsa went very well together. I will be making this again.
