This is a pretty good description of true introversion. Obviously there are different types of introverts and plenty of people some where in the middle between extrovert and introvert. But people who tend toward introversion should have some or most of these feelings. If you love an introvert, you owe it to yourself and them to read this. And stop being so demanding.
