Party Favors – Each favor included: ice cream cone bubbles (3 for $1), a Loopy straw, a couple balloons and some Starbursts (what the Birthday Girl picked.) I put it all in a paper cup and tied it up with these easy glittered clothespins, made using DCWV Glitter Stack.
