The Duo is 1 Soak off gel color and 1 Regular nail polish. There is no gel top coat in this duo. The soak off gel cures by UV or LED 36w or better.
The base is needed when painting gel on the natutal nail. The base is not needed when painting gel on the acrylic nail.
