This is a great idea: doesn’t hurt the dog to wear, and keeps him from wiggling through the fence! // my dogs would try to chase this, the way they chase their tails. Or they’d try to rub their backs along the ground to get it off and end up skewered in the dirt. Sort of funny now that I’m thinking about it…
