Deck of cards workout. LOVE doing this. Take a deck of cards and designate exercises to the suite depending on your fitness level. Pull a card and do that many reps as on the car. For jacks, queens, kings and aces…toss in some cardio! from jumping jacks, to the treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, or jump rope.
