This mega-cozy quilt set is adorned with embroidered, hand-drawn illustrations of hamsas from Justina’s own hamsa amulet collection from on her global escapades. The hamsa, also known as the Hand of God or the Hand of Fatima, is an ancient amulet symbolozing protection, happiness, luck, health and good fortune. What better way to establish good vibes in your abode than to wake up in that sorta goodness on the reg? The quilt set is stone washed to get that cozy, soft feel and light, breathable weight. Because of the treatment, the fabric is a bit more thin & delicate. (SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.) A: Art print orders should be placed by 11/27 to arrive by 12/25. Because all of our art prints are made-to-order, the shipping cut-off date is a little earlier than the rest of the items in our shop. All other in-stock items should be ordered by 12/4. **Orders placed after the specified dates above cannot be guaranteed for 12/25 arrival. Q: IF I’M SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE U.S., WHEN WOULD I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER TO MAKE SURE IT ARRIVES BY 12/25? A: We would recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure your goodies are delivered to you and your homies in plenty of time! Q: I’M ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS IN THE SAME ORDER, WILL THEY ALL ARRIVE TOGETHER? A: Because we work with many different vendors that are shipping from various locations, items may be sent in separate shipments. Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXPEDITE THE SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER? A: We totally wish we could do that for you, but at the moment, we are unable to offer expedited shipping with our carriers. It’s something we definitely hope to offer in the future, though! Q: I NEED A GIFT ASAP! WHAT SHOULD I DO? A: No worries, we got you! We offer a great selection of fun e-gift cards (here). As soon as you have purchased the e-gift card, it’s immediately sent to your email address and is ready to be forwarded or printed for your lucky recipient! Q: DO YOU OFFER PACKING SLIPS WITHOUT PRICING OR GIFT MESSAGING? A: We can assure you that no pricing information will be included on the packing slip! We are unable to offer personalized notes or gift-wrapped packages at this time. COVID-19 UPDATE Our fulfillment centers and carriers are open and operational at this time. You may experience temporary delays in the order processing & shipping times as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams. Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations except where limited by government restrictions. Please refer to the estimated delivery window during checkout for your order. We are a small business & we process orders M-F from 9am-5pm PST. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. Orders may take up to 4-5 business days to process. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. We do ship within the U.S., however, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping. SHIPMENT ETA’S: Transit time can take up to 7-10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the item or to ship your order in multiple packages. TRACKING INFORMATION: Please allow up to 5 business days (M-F) for order processing. Carriers: All international orders are shipped via UPS to your destination country’s postal service. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Cost: Shipping cost is generally determined by dimensional weight. Shipping rates are lowest available; we are unable to offer any lower rates than what is listed at checkout. Shipping rates include insurance unless otherwise specified. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery which is not covered in our shipping rates. Jungalow cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Jungalow will not grant refunds of any kind. We have many different vendors and packages that are part of the same order may be sent separately. RETURNS HOLIDAY RETURNS We’re happy to offer extended holiday returns until 1/31 for orders placed between 11/1-12/20. Any items purchased after this period will qualify for our standard return timeframe below. Any qualifying returns (non-final sale items, full list below) will be issued as a store credit, so the lucky recipient can apply it to their future jungalicious purchases! **Store credit does not include original shipping charges and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. RETURNS: A few important things to note for returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be notified to us within 14 days of shipment delivery date. If a return request is accepted and a refund is authorized, store credit will be issued. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached. Some items in our shop are final sale. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return address. You are responsible for packing the returnable items securely and using a shipping service with tracking as Jungalow is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You must provide us with your tracking number in order for us to accept the delivery & complete the return. If a return request is accepted and a refund is authorized, store credit will be issued. Damages: Please report any/all damages with your package/order within 48 hours of the delivery date. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to email@example.com. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived.
