12 makeup Pink winged liner ideas

During my 121 session with james Malloy I created this neon pink liner. I wanted the light makeup application to be a contrast to the bright eyeliner showing that natural makeup doesn’t mean plain or boring. I teamed beautiful skin with fluffy, editorial brows and a light lip colour.
